The flight from Hong Kong to Chiang Mai takes about three hours. Upon arrival, my first impression was of the elegant atmosphere of an old city, perhaps because the city center has preserved its ancient district. Walking the streets, I saw food stalls, traditional restaurants, charming cafes, and relaxing massage parlors everywhere. Chiang Mai felt like a city where old and new intertwine, possessing both historical depth and modern vitality.
